Your readings stay yours.

PithIA uses your onboarding details only to personalize readings, persist your account, and support billing and security flows. We do not sell personal data.

We store account, profile, chat history, and subscription state on secure backend infrastructure. Passwords are hashed server-side, session cookies stay HTTP-only, and billing is processed through Stripe.

Birth date, time, and city are used to personalize chart-based experiences. If you do not know your birth time, you can continue with an unknown-time profile and refine it later.

Product telemetry may record onboarding progress and error states so we can improve the experience. Those events are used for product quality and funnel measurement, not for selling user data.
